Pipedrive has integrated with Flipkart’s sales team to streamline sales efforts of the Indian marketplace giant. The integration enables salespeople to view sales data from their Pipedrive accounts on the specially created dashboard. This provides them with visibility into the opportunities at their fingertips.
The integration allows salespeople to go through their pipeline and identify which leads are most important and who needs to be contacted first. It also helps sales teams track the performance of their sales reps, allowing them to identify high performers and assign high-value opportunities to them. Sales teams can also use the new integration to see what kind of activity their leads are engaged with on the Flipkart site, such as browsing products or adding items to carts.
