  • Integration of Pipedrive and awork
  • In this section, I will show how awork and Pipedrive integrate with each other. It can be used as a sales top in both ways. sales team can use awork to cplaborate on projects and Pipedrive to track and manage leads. On the other hand, companies can use Pipedrive to manage projects and awork to track tasks.

  • Sales Team can use awork to cplaborate on Projects and Pipedrive to track and manage leads.
    • Pipedrive has integration with Google Calendar. You can add your events directly into Google Calendar from within Pipedrive. You can also create tasks in awork directly from Pipedrive. These tops make it easier to organize projects using both tops together.
    • To create a task in awork directly from within Pipedrive, go to Settings > Integrations > awork > Add Task. Fill out the form with relevant information (i.e., person, project, due date, etc.. and click Add Task. This action creates a task in awork for you.
    • You can also add people from your contacts directly from within Pipedrive by going to Extensions > Contacts > View Contact Details > Add Person to Contact List. This action adds the selected contact information into your Pipedrive account. This action allows you to add people directly from your contacts list without creating duplicate entries.
    • Finally, you can also connect your existing accounts from other services like Zendesk, Mail Chimp, etc. via Pipedrive’s Browser Extension page settings and connect them with Pipedrive. You can choose which events and tasks are automatically synchronized between these services and Pipedrive (i.e., when an email is sent in Mail Chimp, it will be added as an event in Pipedrive.
