The two programs I will be talking about are PhoneBurner and Constant Contact. PhoneBurner is a service that allows you to create, send, and track professional voicemail messages for any of your clients. This service is extremely easy to use. You can record direct-to-voicemail voice messages without the hassle of recording into a live agent or waiting on hpd for an agent to become available. With PhoneBurner, you can record a message and upload it directly into your account, which then becomes available for your clients to listen to.

Constant Contact is a service that allows you to “keep in touch” with your clients. With this service, you can e-mail your clients, manage newsletters, create events, and even market your business through Constant Contact. This service allows you to customize your newsletters, events, and even choose from a variety of templates. It also allows you to track the effectiveness of your newsletters, make changes to your e-mail marketing lists, and even has a function that tracks how many people opened your newsletters and who they opened them from.

The integration of these two programs is extremely beneficial because it combines the ability to have a personal connection with your customers while being able to keep in touch with them via e-mail. If you only use the voice messaging component of PhoneBurner or you only use Constant Contact’s e-mail marketing list, the services would not be as effective as using both together. In order to have a personal connection with customers when they call in, you have to have a system in place to track the calls they make so you can easily access them after the phone call and relate the conversation back to your initial conversation. With PhoneBurner and Constant Contact, you can be notified via e-mail whenever someone leaves a voicemail and you can then play that message directly into your computer and send it to the customer via e-mail. You can also track their call history and easily get to the point of contact when talking to the customer on the phone.

I like using Constant Contact because I can easily create customizable templates for my e-mails and newsletters. This feature is great because I can pick what it looks like to fit my company’s branding and make sure that everything is consistent and to my liking. Also, I enjoy being able to track who opens my newsletters and the time they open up my newsletters. This information helps me see which content is most appealing and which content isn’t as appealing so I can change it accordingly. For example, if I find that one of my articles wasn’t opened by anyone, I know that I should add more articles about this topic so people will be interested in reading about it.

With PhoneBurner, I like how I can quickly create voice messages and send them straight to my clients without having to wait on hpd or talk to an agent. This is especially helpful for when I need to leave voice messages for multiple clients at once because I don’t have to wait on hpd for each client. This feature is convenient for when it is lunch time or when I am unable to talk on the phone during work hours. Also, I like how PhoneBurner requires me to create a password before being able to access my account so no one else can access it. This way, I know my voicemails are safe, secure, and mine alone. I personally feel this makes it easier for me to connect with my clients because they know that they are talking directly with me throughout the entire process. They don’t have to worry about dealing with an agent or anyone else; they are talking directly with me.

Overall, I think that both programs are very useful tops for creating an effective business strategy. With PhoneBurner, I can quickly set up voice messages for my clients without having to wait on hpd or deal with agents at all. This keeps me connected with my clients while still allowing me time with my family or anything else that may be going on during business hours. With Constant Contact, I can easily create customized newsletters that match my business’s branding which means I can connect with my clients in another way than just through voice messages. It is also beneficial because I can track which articles are more appealing so I know which ones to keep writing about.
