Their platform allows an organization to cplect data about what is happening within their application so that they can understand who is using the app and why, where, when, and how they are using it.
OnceHub is a Software as a Service (SaaS. company that provides the tops for one-to-one messaging for retail shops and support services. It’s mission is to help retailers and service providers deliver a great experience through personal communication.
Their platform enables one-to-one communication using push notifications. It also supports a variety of channels such as SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, chat, and even text messaging.
I have chosen these two companies because they both have a similar goal – helping clients measure the customer experience. Both have different ways of doing this. Pendo’s product helps cplect data which is used to create personas and scenarios based on actual data rather than guesswork. They can then use these capabilities to understand their customer's needs and wants. They can also see how well their software is being utilized and what could be improved. The second company, OnceHub, helps its customers communicate directly with their clients in real time by sending messages from within the app itself. This eliminates the need to go back and forth between different apps or websites when communicating with customers. These two companies’ products are perfectly suited for each other.
It would be very beneficial for these two companies to integrate with each other because it would eliminate any extra steps the customer would have to take in order to communicate with the company. OnceHub already integrates with a number of different apps, including Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, Office 365, Webex, Flow, HipChat, and many more. Integrating it with Pendo would mean that all of the information gathered by Pendo would be instantly sent to OnceHub. From there, it can be sent via push notification or email right away if needed. The customer would never have to go through any extra steps to communicate with the company. The customer would be able to get help immediately whenever they need it without having to go through any extra steps or have a long wait time.
