Integration of Pendo and Google Forms

The purpose of my article is to show that Pendo and Google Forms integration is an excellent idea. The integration of these two products will allow the user to make the most out of their software, and will better fit into the workflow of a company. These two products have been designed to be used together from the start, and it would benefit the user if they were to use them together. In our case, we are able to create a flowchart of what we do when using Pendo, and how we can take advantage of Google Forms.

Integration of Pendo and Google Forms allows a company to manage their data effectively, and put it in a place where they can easily access it later on. There are many benefits to this integration, including:

  • Data Capture

When using Google Forms, one can capture data by either submitting a form, or filling out a spreadsheet. Then, the person who submitted the data has the option to easily use it in Pendo. Because of this, there are greater chances that all of the data will be cplected, and there are less chances for errors to occur. This is especially beneficial for us because we have many forms that are filled out by students. This also helps the user because they can fill out more than one form, and not have to worry about typing the information twice.

  • Workflow

Pendo and Google Forms can be integrated to ensure that users have a clear workflow when creating charts or graphs in Pendo. This is important because it will help users understand what they should be doing; this is especially beneficial for new users. Once again, this will help the user because they will be able to see what they need to do, and what pieces they need to complete before they can move on.

  • Data Visualization

Pendo and Google Forms can be integrated in such a way that the user can visualize any data that they want in Pendo. In other words, the user can create a chart or graph of any data that they want, which makes it easier for them to see what is going on with their business. Again, this is beneficial because it reduces the amount of time that it takes for the user to view the data; this is especially beneficial for us because we have so much data that we need to look at every day. It also helps users because they don’t have to map out all of their data onto a chart or graph themselves; instead, they can use an existing chart or graph as a template for their own data.

  • Data Analysis

Users can do data analysis of any kind more effectively when using Pendo and Google Forms together. When they are integrating both programs together, they are able to make charts or graphs based on their data in advanced, which allows them to see patterns more easily. Again, this is helpful because it reduces the amount of time that it takes for the user to analyze their data; it also helps them because they don’t have to wait until they have all of their data to visualize everything on a chart or graph. We found this to be especially important because we were dealing with a lot of different types of data; however, we were able to make charts or graphs based on certain types of data when we integrated these two programs together.

In conclusion, I believe that Pendo and Google Forms integration will help companies save time, increase productivity and better organize their workflows. It will also help reduce errors in data entry because employees can fill out forms directly in Pendo instead of having someone enter it into the database manually. Integrating these two products together may not seem like much at first glance; however, when you use them both together, you will find that your work becomes easier and more efficient. I believe that this integration is something that everyone should use if they want to better organize their workplace as well as improve their workflow!
