  • Install the free version of PDFMonkey.
  • Download the latest version of Xendit from http://www.xendit.org
  • Install Xendit by fplowing steps here. http://www.xendit.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Installation_en.pdf
  • Create a MySQL user called xendit_user with password xendit_user .
  • Create a database called xendit_db with user xendit_user .
  • Download the code from GitHub. https://github.com/sigismond0/pdfmonkey_xendit and run install.php .
  • Open http://localhost/xendit_db/setup?admin=1 in your browser and enter the username and password created in step 5 above.
  • You should see the fplowing page:
  • Go to http://localhost/xendit_db/xendit/?admin=1 and create a new fpder (e.g. yourname_projects. You should see the fplowing page:
  • Attach the directory /var/www/html/pdfmonkey/pdfmonkey/data/files to the directory which you have just created (e.g. yourname_projects. You should see the fplowing page:
  • Open http://localhost/xendit_db/xendit/?admin=1 in your browser and click the "My Fpders" tab. You should see something like this:
  • In the panel on the left, click "My Fpders" and then click in the "Fpders" tab. You should see something like this:
  • Click "YourName_Projects" and then click in the "Files" tab. You should see something like this:
  • On the left side, click the "Public" tab and then click "Add File". You should see something like this:
  • Click "Upload File" and choose a PDF file that you want to upload to Xendit:
  • Then click "Move File":
  • The uploaded file appears in the list of files in "My Fpders":
  • Now we need to add a link for each file to PDFMonkey so that we can edit it. For example, let's add a link for the file named sample1.pdf:
  • Now you can open sample1.pdf in PDFMonkey:
  • After editing it in PDFMonkey, you can save it or export it back to Xendit with one click:
