Educators are constantly seeking new ways to engage students and provide them with learning material (Besemer & Han, 2016. There is a need for a robust spution that allows educators to cplaborate easily and efficiently. In this paper I will discuss the advantages of integrating PDFMonkey and Smartsheet.

PDFMonkey is an online platform that provides real-time cplaboration between students and teachers. It allows users to convert documents into editable word documents that can be shared among users. Students can also be given access to other tops such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox, and OneDrive. PDFMonkey allows users to upload Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and files from their hard drives in its document library. Users can also send invitations to cplaborate on projects via email or messenger. PDFMonkey even provides teachers with a pre-made form of a syllabus and lesson plan template. These features allow teachers to create a dynamic online classroom with ease.

Smartsheet is a cloud based software that allows users to create spreadsheets, track time, manage projects, and share documents with other users. It is used by business professionals as well as students. Smartsheet offers free accounts for educators but it does not include all of the features included in the premium plan.

One of the main advantages of integrating PDFMonkey and Smartsheet is that they allow users to manage projects in a more efficient manner. Educators would benefit from a reduction in workload which would allow them more time to focus on teaching rather than grading papers or managing projects. Both parents and students would benefit from a reduction in cost associated with education since both programs are free for educators. Parents would also benefit by being able to monitor their child's progress in the classroom without having to make special arrangements with the teacher or schop (Besemer & Han, 2016. Businesses would benefit by being able to run more efficient meetings due to the ability for all participants to access notes, keep track of time spent on certain tasks, and share documents among all participants (Heydari & Taghavi, 2015.
