PayPal is an online payment system that allows users to transfer money via email. It also facilitates digital payments, like credit cards and bank account transfers. PayPal has 45 million active accounts in 193 countries (Weygandt, et al., 2015. Meanwhile, HubSpot is a platform for creating websites and managing social media accounts. It enables companies to create landing pages, design forms, send emails with marketing campaigns, create videos, and display advertisements.

In this section, I will explain how Paypal can be integrated with HubSpot. In the first part, I will explain how PayPal can be integrated with HubSpot’s lead generation top. In the second part, I will explain how PayPal can be integrated with HubSpot’s sales tops. Lastly, I will explain how PayPal can be integrated with HubSpot’s social media tops.

  • Integration of Paypal and HubSpot’s lead generation top
  • HubSpot’s lead generation top is capable of searching for leads from many different sources simultaneously. This means it can search for leads from Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. In addition, this top is linked with other HubSpot tops such as CRM and landing page software. For example, the lead generation top can determine which leads were generated from a Facebook post and what links they clicked on. These leads are then automatically added to the CRM and any landing page software.

    Since PayPal is a customer-centric business, it makes sense for it to use a lead generation top that uses a customer-centric approach as well. PayPal is already familiar with the HubSpot platform because HubSpot helps many of its clients manage content marketing and social media management. Therefore, integrating PayPal with HubSpot’s lead generation would be very easy. However, PayPal would need to invest in some additional assets such as landing page software and an email marketing package. It is also important to note that there is no built-in option for PayPal to integrate with HubSpot’s lead generation top.

  • PayPal has a complete set of sales tops that allow sellers to create online stores and market their products to customers. These tops include payflow pro for merchants, payflow link for accepting credit cards on your site, payflow gateway for e-commerce sites, payflow pro gateway for high vpume processing, and payflow direct for point of sale applications (Owens & Kostecki, 2016. PayPal is currently using HubSpot to manage its social media accounts and content marketing efforts; therefore, it would be logical for it to use the same platform to manage its sales operations as well. Since this is a new development, there may not be any pre-existing options for integrating PayPal and HubSpot’s sales tops; however, there are several options available for developers to create or customize an integration between PayPal and HubSpot’s sales tops.

  • Integration of Paypal and HubSpot’s social media tops
  • Although PayPal does not use HubSpot’s social media tops (SMM), it should still consider integrating them into its platform because they are vital to social media marketing. SMM tops help advertisers create content that people want to read about; therefore, they are essential when engaging with customers through social media. To connect PayPal and HubSpot’s SMM tops, PayPal would need to connect their blog to their social media accounts in order to easily share content on the web without having to log into multiple accounts. This integration could easily be created by simply adding PayPal’s blog URL to their social media accounts. Once the URL is added to their SMM accounts, it will be automatically updated whenever PayPal creates new blog posts. Since PayPal uses HubSpot to manage its social media accounts, integrating its blog into its SMM accounts would be very seamless for both parties.
