Integration of Paypal and Braintree
Paypal and Braintree are payment processors. Paypal is a very well known company that allows users to pay for many different things or send money to other people. This can be done through their website, mobile app, or even with a card. Braintree is also a payment processor but it is used by large e-commerce companies to process their credit card payments. Both of these companies have recently announced that they will be integrating their systems to allow customers to pay with either one of their cards or accounts. This is great news for both companies as it allows them to expand into new markets and increase the amount of businesses they work with.
Paypal and Braintree both have their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to processing payments. Paypal can be used in more places but has a lower transaction limit than Braintree. If someone needs to pay a large amount of money then using Paypal would not be a good idea since they do not allow high amounts of transactions without a fee. Braintree on the other hand is great for large amounts of transactions because they do not charge a fee if you need to process more than 30 transactions per day. Another thing that makes Braintree better than Paypal is that they can process international payments which Paypal cannot do. However, Paypal does have some payment options that Braintree does not have such as sending money to friends and family or accepting payments in different currencies.
In conclusion, I think that allowing customers to use either Paypal or Braintree will be great for both companies. It will allow more companies to use these payment methods, making it easier for their customers to pay them. However, I do think that Paypal is better than Braintree because it allows customers to send money to other people easily without a fee and it accepts different currencies. Although, this is only my opinion and other people may disagree with me.
