Paymo introduced an application that helps the users to record the time they spend for their work. It also records the cost associated with the work. The user has to enter all this information in the form of a spreadsheet. There are other applications available, which are used for time management. For example, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Zoho Invoices, etc. These applications are not equipped to deal with the cost associated with the work. Some applications use their own currency to deal with it. For example, if the user uses Zoho Invoices, he has to convert his time into charges using a dedicated calculator.

Agendor introduced a web based application that is integrated with PayMo. It was developed by a group of developers from different parts of Europe. The developers wanted to create an application that can be freely used by all people. The application is available on the official website of Agendor. The users of PayMo can log in to this website and use the features of the application. If the web based application is not convenient for the user, he can download it. The software is available for both Android and IOS operating systems.

The users of PayMo have to open an account for Agendor first. This step is mandatory because the web based application works only if a user is logged in. When a user opens his account, he can select Agendor as his integration partner. He has to enter his specific details about name, email address, address, phone number, etc. After entering these details, the user is asked to confirm his account by clicking on a link sent to his email address.

An invoice template is already available in Agendor’s system. It has been given a default name as “invoice1”. This template can be modified as per the requirements of individual users or companies using Agendor. Each invoice template comes with its own fields and cpumns. The technpogy used by Agendor makes it possible to edit each template without installing additional software on the computer of an individual user or company using it. The templates can be edited even if the user has not installed any software. However, it will be better if he or she installs Agendor on their computers or mobile phones because then they will be able to modify templates more easily and conveniently. All templates can be viewed by an individual user or company using Agendor. They can also download any template as per their requirements and preferences. The templates can be downloaded from the official website of Agendor or from its web based application.

The next step is to define the products and services that will be offered by a company using PayMo-Agendor integration. It is important because all invoices created by a user after integrating PayMo and Agendor will contain products and services which were defined earlier. It does not matter whether these products and services were spd or not because all invoices will contain them as part of their description text. Therefore, it will be easier for those who pay the invoices to review them quickly and understand what they are paying for. A product can be anything that defines an offer for sale or an offer for service provision. A service can be anything that is provided by one company to another company or by one person to another person for a fee. For example, if an individual user wants to offer his house cleaning services, he can add it under “services” category while offering his house cleaning services for sale under “products” category. The next step is to enable PayMo-Agendor integration by clicking on “Paymo” link provided in Agendor’s menu bar after logging in to its website or opening its web based application after downloading it on your computer or mobile phone. A pop up message will appear asking you to enter your password for PayMo integration. The security measure ensures that only authorized people are allowed access to this feature after logging in to PayMo’s website using their password. Clicking on “OK” button will take you directly to PayMo’s website where you have to login again using your password for access to this feature. You will be directed back to Agendor’s website where you will see a separate tab for Paymo in the menu bar at the top right corner of your website screen. Clicking on this tab will allow you to view all activities performed by an individual user or company using PayMo-Agendor integration in near real time basis. You can also view all your invoices created after integrating PayMo and Agendor along with their details, amount due, payment history, etc., in the same tab in Agendor’s website using your PayMo account credentials after logging in to your account on Agendor’s website again when prompted by the pop up message at the top right corner of your computer screen after clicking on this tab in Agendor’s website after successfully integrating PayMo and Agendor together in your account on PayMo’s website after logging in to it after successfully integrating PayMo and Agendor together in your account on PayMo’s website.
