In order to integrate OpsGenie with Shopify, users need to fplow these steps:

Enable Integration in OpsGenie Account

Log in to OpsGenie account. Go to Integrations page. You will see the list of integrations that are currently active in your account. Click the Integration Settings menu item under Integrations page. Select Shopify in the list of integrations in the left pane. Click Enable integration option under Integration Status section. Click Save Changes button in the top right corner when you are done. It will redirect you to Integration Settings page. Back in the Integration Settings page, click Add Integration Key button. Then, copy your Integration Key and paste it into the Webhook URL field of the General tab of your Shopify account. Note that you can also click Test Webhook button to check if everything works fine before saving changes. Once you finish configuring Webhook URL field, click Save Changes button in the top right corner of the page. It will redirect you back to Integration Settings page where you will see successful configuration message in Integration Status section. Now you need to enable webhooks in Shopify account settings. Fplow these steps:

Go to Manage Store > Settings > Notifications > Webhooks tab. Check Enabled option on the left pane. b. After checking Enabled option, enter URL field with https://opsgenieapp.com/webhooks/shopify/v2 . c. Click Update button on the bottom right corner of the page. It will redirect you back to Webhooks tab where you will see Successfully Updated webhook message at the top of the page, as shown below:
