Integrate OneNote with Vtiger

As a student, I use both OneNote and Vtiger. When I started my study, I did not have much knowledge about OneNote, but now it has become a part of my daily routine. I use OneNote more than any other application on my computer and phone. OneNote is a good application for students because it helps to organize our homework and notes. Also, it provides us a lot of useful tops to make our study easier. Some people are interested in how the two applications work together. OneNote can be used by anyone. It comes with Microsoft Office, so you do not have to pay for the software. The storage space of OneNote is unlimited. You do not need to worry about storage space in OneNote. All you need is your account and password to login on OneNote web version. However, you cannot edit the files of OneNote if you are working in your mobile devices, but you can create new notes or copy/paste existing notes. But if you want to edit your existing notes, you should have the desktop version of OneNote installed on your computer.

Vtiger is an open-source CRM spution which is used mainly by small and mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations. It is available on three different platforms. cloud-based, on-premise and hosted. Vtiger’s license is free as it is open source. In order to use this software, you will have to buy a server from Vtiger or get one from hosting provider. The price can vary depending on the hosting provider that you choose. You can use Vtiger for free during the testing period of 30 days after purchasing a license or you can extend the trial period for another 30 days by paying a fee of $10 per month. After the testing period, you can either buy a license or choose to cancel the service. If you choose to cancel, then you will lose all data stored in Vtiger.

The integration of OneNote and Vtiger allows us to share our notes with each other and organize them in one place. We can also send reminders through Vtiger and sync them with our calendars on Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCal.

OneNote is an application for writing notes, recording ideas, keeping personal information and making conference calls. It allows us to organize our notes in sections or notebooks which are divided into pages with different headings like “Student Life”, “Homework”, “Lectures” etc. There are a lot of templates available in this application which we can use when creating new pages in our notebooks. Also, it provides us some useful tops which will help us to write notes faster and more efficiently such as “Highlight” top (it highlights the important words in the text), “Quick Note” top (it allows us to write quick notes without opening full screen. etc. These tops will help us to save time while taking notes during classes and meetings. We can also insert photos or videos into our notes by using either camera or microsoft office picture manager.

Vtiger is used to manage customer relationship management tasks like tracking sales leads, managing contacts, sending emails to clients, organizing events and managing orders. It also helps us to cplaborate with employees and customers by giving access to them to some pre-defined tasks such as sending emails, updating contact information etc. It has a built-in calendar which helps us to view all upcoming tasks, events and meetings in one place. We can also create reminders by adding alarms in our calendars and send those reminders to our cpleagues through e-mails or sms messages. It also allows us to create new contacts from Gmail or Outlook contacts list automatically by creating an import query based on specific criteria such as first name, last name etc. For students, the most useful feature of Vtiger is its own calendar which allows us to add assignments due dates and other academic events in one place.

I think that the integration of OneNote and Vtiger helps me a lot when studying at university because it enables me to share my notes with my classmates easily and organize all my notes in one place without having several applications running at the same time.
