After signing up for an account, new users are guided through a series of simple steps that will help them begin using the app. The first step requires a user to input their name, email address, location, organization name and select an icon for their profile from an existing library or upload their own image from their computer. Upon completion of these steps, users can begin tracking time spent on projects and tasks in OneNote.The interface of Time Doctor consists of a top bar at the upper part of the screen which includes navigation buttons such as Home, Profile, Activity Log, Projects, Reports and Settings. The cpumn on the right hand side of the window serves to display different project details including task information (depending on whether a task is currently being tracked. The bottom portion of the screen contains four tabs. Tasks View, Timesheet View, Reports View and Settings View.
