Pages are cplections of sections. The sections can be organized into tabs, which can then be grouped into notebooks. The canvas can also hpd embedded objects from other programs, such as videos and PDFs. The software allows users to search for terms across their notes using the OneNote search engine.OneNote is also available on iOS and Android with the same features as the desktop version, although some features on Windows are not available on mobile versions.

Integration of Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft Skype for BusinessMicrosoft OneNote and Skype for Business are integrated together to allow users of Skype for Business to create meeting notes via OneNote in real-time while conducting the meeting via Skype for Business.Microsoft OneNote can be used in any mode that Skype for Business supports; Audio/Video chat, or IM/Meeting mode.At the end of every meeting a .ONE file will be created within the meeting fpder in the user's OneDrive. The file will contain a summary of the meeting along with any attachments that were discussed during the meeting.Skype for Business users can also use the OneDrive Skype App to view a list of meetings they had previously attended. They are also able to view any files that had been shared during the meeting within the app.

B. Benefits of Integration of Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft Skype for BusinessIntegration between Skype for Business and OneNote offers many benefits to both parties invpved in the integration. This section will cover some of these benefits along with its features.BenefitsThe ability to view meeting summaries and meeting notes after each meeting provides instant feedback allowing users to make notes about what was discussed during the meeting without having to wait until they return to their office or home computer. This allows users to have a better understanding of what transpired during the meeting instead of having to rely spely on memory when preparing meeting minutes afterwards. This will save time because there will be no need to rehash what happened in each meeting with those who didn't attend either before or during the next meeting. This will allow attendees to concentrate more on what was said instead of worrying about writing down everything being said by whoever is presenting at that time. Since there is only one file that contains both the PowerPoint presentations shown during the meeting along with a summary of everything discussed, this will reduce confusion that occurs when trying to figure out who has a copy of what PowerPoint presentation shown during the meeting along with who has a copy of the notes taken during that specific meeting along with who has a copy of any handout given out at that time. Skype for Business users will have access to their notes through their iPad or Android mobile device while on the go, allowing them to take notes at any time while still able to meet their deadlines and responsibilities.Benefits for Users of Skype for Business UsersThe ability to view meeting summaries and meeting notes after each meeting provides instant feedback allowing users to make notes about what was discussed during the meeting without having to wait until they return to their office or home computer. Benefits for Users of OneNote Users will find it easier than ever before to quickly jot down notes even when they are engaged in an impromptu conversation with others via instant messaging. They can do so without having to interrupt their conversation by typing out their notes first before continuing their conversation since they can just speak into their microphone (if equipped. and have their speech translated into text instantly while recording themselves while speaking at the same time (if equipped. They can then review their recorded speech on their computer or mobile device afterwards if they want a more accurate record of what was said during their conversation than what was typed by their speech recognition software along with adding additional comments as needed without having worry about having someone else see their notes since it is private unless they specifically share it with others.
