The second window that opens will prompt you to enter your email address, password and company name from Pipedrive in order to connect it with your account on OneDrive. A new window will open after entering this information. You should select any file that contains your data from Pipedrive in this window and click on "Choose" after selecting it. After clicking on "Choose", select "OneDrive - Personal" from the list of fpders displayed on the left side of the window underneath "Choose Fpder". Select the "Example" fpder under "Choose Fpder". This fpder will be created automatically if it does not exist already. It will contain test data from OneDrive that you can look at when deciding which files to sync with Pipedrive. Note that this test data will be deleted after you finish syncing it with your account on Pipedrive unless you select another fpder in place of "Example" in step 6 above and choose your own files from there instead of test files from OneDrive. Click on "Next" under "Choose Fpder". A new window will appear asking if you want to set up sharing settings from the selected fpder on OneDrive as well. Make sure that both checkboxes are selected in order to share the selected fpder with other users besides yourself if needed in the future. Click on "Next" again when done setting up sharing settings from the selected fpder on OneDrive. Wait until OneNote finishes syncing your chosen files with your account on Pipedrive before moving onto step 7 below. When you are done syncing your files with Pipedrive, click on "OK" in order to close this popup window. Click on "Save & Close" under "Options" in order to save changes made in this window if you plan to use OneNote in the future. Open one of your files from Pipedrive in Pipedrive itself using one of these methods. 1. Click on Data Explorer button located at the bottom left corner of your screen in order to open Data Explorer Window 2. Search for a specific customer or opportunity 3. Click on Customers button located at the bottom left corner of your screen in order to open a customer list 4. Click on Opportunities button located at the bottom left corner of your screen in order to open an opportunity list 5. Click on Contacts button located at the bottom left corner of your screen in order to open contacts list Select Data Explorer option in step 1 above if you do not know how to open Data Explorer Window or if Data Explorer Window is not visible at all (this might happen if you have never opened Data Explorer Window before. You can learn how to do this here . You can search for specific customers or opportunities if you know their names or IDs. Sometimes they are labeled as email addresses, IDs or numbers instead of names, so make sure you check each customer or opportunity individually if you cannot find their names using Data Explorer Window or search feature provided by Pipedrive itself depending on which method you use in step 1 above (Data Explorer Window versus search feature.
