Outline structure of an article on Microsoft OneNote and OneDrive:
OneNote is a digital notebook app for Windows 10. This application is part of the Office 365 service. Microsoft OneNote allows you to create your own notebooks, sections, and pages. These sections are where you can write down text, insert images, or insert audio and video recordings. You can also use the ink function to write on your pages using a stylus or your finger. You can save your notes in sections or pages within the notebooks. The sections and pages allow you to categorize all your notes into different topics. It also allows you to organize your ideas into different categories and groups. In addition, Microsoft OneNote allows you to share your notes with other people or groups through a variety of ways. You can share through email, a link, or even on social media websites such as Facebook or Twitter. Lastly, Microsoft OneNote allows you to sync your notes with Microsoft’s cloud storage system called OneDrive. This allows you to access your notes from any computer with Internet connection.
OneDrive is a cloud storage system and is part of Microsoft’s suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. However, the difference between OneDrive and other Microsoft products is that OneDrive is a paid service while other applications are free for anyone who owns a computer running Windows 7 operating system or later versions. It uses the same interface as the rest of the Office applications. You can store your documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and photos in the cloud storage system and then access them whenever you log in using a Microsoft account. All of these files are stored online in a remote server which you have access to from any device that has an Internet connection. If you are using a schop or work computer that does not have an Internet connection, you can sign in using your Microsoft account on your smartphone and then view all the files stored on your file storage system.
