Integration of OneDrive and Google Forms

It is possible to integrate OneDrive and Google Forms in a way that students can complete some tasks at OneDrive and then submit them to Google Forms. The integration of OneDrive and Google Forms provides a good alternative for teachers who are looking for a flexible online top for students to submit work. Teachers can use the integration of OneDrive and Google Forms as a way to make assignments more interesting for students.

OneDrive Integration with Google Forms

At first, it is necessary to create a OneDrive account in order to access OneDrive’s online functionality. After completing this step, teachers can move on to the next step of integrating OneDrive with Google Forms. To do this, teachers need to navigate their browser to the “My Drive” page on OneDrive. Once there, teachers can click on the “Create Form” button. This allows teachers to select the default form template or create a custom one. Teachers can choose from three different templates. basic form, advanced form, and survey. Teachers can also modify an existing form template or create their own form template. On the left-hand side of the screen, teachers can see a list of integrated applications that they can use in OneDrive. On the same side, teachers can also see a list of document types that they can choose from when creating a form template. Once teachers have selected a template, they can start filling in the form with questions and answers, and then save it.

When cplaborating with students, teachers can provide them with a link to the form where they will need to fill in their responses. If students would like to share their progress with other students, they can do so by clicking on the “Add Cplaborators” button. They will be then asked to enter their email addresses, choose a permission level (“Can view response” or “Can edit response”), and then click on “Invite Cplaborators”. It is important to note that this process only works if students are using Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge. The “Invite Cplaborators” button is not available to students who are using other browsers. If students are using browsers other than Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge, they will need to download and install OneDrive’s Chrome extension in order to get access to the “Invite Cplaborators” button. Teachers will be able to see all of their cplaborators by clicking on the “Cplaborators” tab in the “Get responses” section below the form. From there, they will see a list of their cplaborators and can choose whether or not they want them to see their responses when they are done submitting them. If they want to remove cplaborators from the list, they need to hover over their name and then click on the “can edit responses” or “can view responses” links under their name while keeping their mouse held down.

Google Forms Integration with OneDrive

Teachers can create Google Forms by clicking on the “Create new form” button on the upper right-hand side of the screen. They will then be asked to give a title and description for their form. They will also need to select at least one question type that they want people to answer. In order to add more questions and answers, teachers just need to click on the “Add question” button on the lower left-hand side of the screen and then type in their question or answer in the text box that appears after doing so. Once teachers have finished adding all their questions and answers, they will need to hit submit so that their form can be saved for future use. Teachers can now share this link with other people so that they can fill in their responses.
