It allows users to store their files online on the Internet and access them from any computer with an Internet connection. Google Contacts is a contact management application that was developed by Google. It allows users to store their contacts online and access them from any computer with an Internet connection (“OneDrive,” n.d.; “Google Contacts,” n.d..

In this section, I will compare OneDrive and Google Contacts and discuss why it would be beneficial for users to integrate them into one application.

Integration of OneDrive and Google Contacts

The first benefit to integrating OneDrive and Google Contacts is that it reduces the amount of time that users spend managing their contacts. If users have to upload each contact into both applications separately, they will have to spend more time doing so. By integrating the applications, the process of adding contacts will be streamlined, saving time. This can also have practical implications. If the user resides in a country where OneDrive or Google Contacts are not offered, they will still be able to add their contacts to the integrated app. They will also not have to use multiple storage applications in order to manage their contacts.

Benefits of Integration of OneDrive and Google Contacts

Another benefit to integrating OneDrive and Google Contacts is that it allows users to synchronize their contacts between devices without using external services like Gmail. This is advantageous because it saves users from needing to pay for third party service such as Outlook for synchronization and backup. Additionally, the integration of the two applications is seamless and does not invpve uploading or downloading large files, which makes it more efficient than using third party software. Another benefit is that the contacts remain in sync even if the user’s email account changes due to company ppicies or because they changed services (Shifrin, 2013.

In conclusion, I believe that it would be beneficial for both companies to integrate their applications into one product. This would save time and money for users and allow them to have a more efficient way to manage contacts.
