Integration of OnceHub and Microsoft To-Do

Microsoft Office 365 is a powerful software that integrates many useful applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc. In this project, we will review two of its features. OnceHub and Microsoft To-Do. OnceHub is a top that helps users manage their tasks and reminders online on their own computer or laptop. In that way the user can access the information from anywhere in the world. The information is stored in Microsoft’s cloud services. There are also some other features in OnceHub such as to-do lists, notes, calendars, etc. This application has a free version and a paid version. An annual subscription costs about $15. It is easy to use but sometimes it lags when we add new information into the app.

Microsoft To-Do is a new task management top created by Microsoft. It is designed for people who want to organize their lives with the help of a smart app. Also, it is free for all users! We can use it on our phones and computers and we can sync information across devices. This app also has a great design and we can use it very easily and simply. However, it is missing some essential features such as recurring tasks and keeping our tasks offline. But we will use Microsoft To-Do in conjunction with OnceHub.

Now let’s talk about how we can combine these two applications into one powerful top that will assist us with our daily tasks and remind us about upcoming meetings and appointments. First of all, we need to create an account in OnceHub and in Microsoft To-Do. Then we need to install the OnceHub app on our PC or Chromebook and we need to download the Microsoft To-Do app on our phones or tablets. Now we need to add some tasks in OnceHub and in Microsoft To-Do and we need to synchronize our data with each other. When we finish adding tasks into both apps, we will go into the OnceHub settings and enter the Microsoft To-Do link into the application list. By doing that, all our tasks will appear in the Microsoft To-Do app on our phone or tablet.

Finally, we need to share our tasks with other people, because there are some important things that only we should do. For instance, if you bring lunch for your workmates every day, you might want to make sure that nobody else gives them lunch except you. And if someone does something wrong (for example, they disappoint you), you can mark this task as private so nobody sees your thoughts about this particular person. You can also share your tasks with your family members by sending them emails that contain links to your tasks. That way you will always be able to stay in touch with them no matter where you are at the moment.

So now you know how easy it is to increase your productivity using Microsoft’s excellent products!
