Instagram Business?

Instagram business lets you create a professional profile on Instagram.com/business. It allows you to share photos and videos from your Instagram feed with your audience. It’s a free service that helps your business stand out on the leading social media platform. Instagram business may help you reach new customers and grow your business. You can use the account to promote your products and services. To get started, sign up for an account at https://business.instagram.com/.

In this section, I will explain how to integrate Omnisend with Instagram Business. You can do that by fplowing these steps:

Step 1. Create a Merch Account within Instagram Business

Step 2. Publish a photo or video directly from your merch account in the standard way in the “Share a post” section in the Merch app.

Step 3. On the post preview screen, enter the URL of your item in the “Connect your product” box. This will add a special link back to the product page in the app. If you don’t have a specific product page, just add a link back to your store page or homepage. The link will look something like this. http://omnisendapp.com/merch/click/1 (this is a standard link and if you click it it will open our homepage.

Step 4. Make sure you fill out any other fields such as Product Name and Price. Also make sure you select all eligible countries — depending on where you ship — and select regions for each country that you want featured (you must always include the US.

Step 5. Give it a title and description (this isn’t necessary but highly recommended), and then once you’re done hit “Publish” at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 6. The next step is very important! You need to go and find and like and/or comment on the post from your Merch account so that we know to attribute the sale back to your account. If you don’t do this we won’t be able to attribute the sale to your account at all — we look at these actions to determine which account should receive credit for the sale. The post will automatically be shown in your fplower’s feed too — so all you need to do is like it and leave a comment! If you’re looking for an easy way to do this, try using the IFTTT recipe. That said, if you’re not already fplowing your own account, you may also want to fplow it again at this point too.

Step 7. Once someone buys one of your items via that link, you can check your sales order report in OMNISEND > Sales Orders > All Orders > Sales Orders, by selecting either Completed Orders or All Orders from the dropdown menu at top-right.
