The company I work for is a software company named monday.com. We make a project management top called monday. The top provides a central location for communication, documentation, calendars, and tasks, but it lacks functionality for task management and cplaboration. monday.com employs a number of Microsoft products including Windows, Office products, and the cloud-based Office 365 suite. We recently implemented Microsoft Office 365 to address these shortcomings and improve the overall user experience.

The monday app was designed and built before the emergence of cloud-native applications. With the advent of cloud-native software, we found that the monday app did not integrate well with other services. It lacked task management tops and integration with other Microsoft products such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. This forced us to consider more options for improving integration and improving the user experience. We considered several options for improving integration, including Slack and Google Docs. However, we ultimately decided on Microsoft’s Office 365. The main reason for this decision was that our employees were already using Microsoft products extensively in their daily work lives. By using Office 365 in tandem with the monday app, we would be able to offer employees a better user experience overall.

The benefits of integrating Office 365 and the monday app are numerous. In terms of cplaboration and communication, integrating Office 365 into the monday platform allows users to access a central repository of tasks, documents, and calendars in one single place. Additionally, it allows users to easily create new documents within the apps they are working with on a given day, instead of having to leave their current work environment to do so.

The improved integration also improves the overall user experience in terms of task management. The application has new task tracking features that allow users to quickly create tasks, assign them to cplaborators, and track their progress. The synchronizing feature also allows users to see what tasks need to be done across different tops at any given time, reducing the amount of time spent on finding related tasks or information.

Office 365 also allows users to access important data from other Microsoft products without leaving the monday platform. For example, users can access important documents from the cloud storage service OneDrive from within the monday application.
