Integration of Office 365 and Instagram Business

Office 365 and Instagram Business are both social media platforms used for businesses. Office 365 is a cloud-based service used to store files, emails, calendars and more. It offers business apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive etc. while Instagram Business is a social platform designed for promoting brands. It allows you to share images and videos with your fplowers. There are many ways of integrating the two services together.

The integration of Office 365 and Instagram Business can be achieved by using Microsoft Flow, a free service from Microsoft. The Office 365 app allows you to add files from your computer to a flow or create one from scratch. You can create a flow from the right-side menu in the Office 365 application.Flow design can be accessed by clicking on the top left corner of the flow workspace and then clicking ‘Create from blank’. In this tutorial, we will be using the template of an Instagram gallery, but feel free to choose any template you want. All you have to do is to click on the template and then ‘Start from template’.Then you will be asked to select either a blank flow or an existing flow that you would like to reuse. Click on “Use a template I’ve already created” and select the template named “Instagram Gallery” and click ‘Next’.After selecting your template, you will see a list of actions you can add to your flow. To add an action to your flow, click on it and drag it into your canvas area. Here we will add three actions:Action 1. Use the ‘Get URL’ action and connect it to the ‘Input’ action by dragging it over it. This way, when you type something in the input box, this action will get the content you entered and save it as a variable.Action 2. Use the ‘Get Text’ action and connect it to the ‘If’ condition. This will check if there is text in the input box and if so, it will add the text to the next action.Action 3. Use the ‘Set Field’ action and connect it to the ‘Output’ action by dragging it over it. This will set the output of your flow to whatever is in the input box of your ‘Set Field’ action. Now that you have added all of your actions, it is time to link them together by dragging them over each other in order to form a slide line. Dragging an action over another action will make a transition between them and allow them to work together in order to perform a task. Here we will drag our three actions over each other so that they form one slide line and look like this:Now it is time to test out your flow! You can click ‘Advanced Preview’ at the top of the screen or just press F5 on your keyboard. Advanced Preview allows you to preview what your flow will do step by step without having to wait for each step to finish before moving on to the next step. After you have clicked on Advanced Preview, type something into the input box, which should be empty at first, and then hit enter on your keyboard or click on ‘Advanced Preview’ again. You should now see your text appear in the output box! Next, we will add our second action. After adding our second action, we can add another text field where we can type in our text that we want our GIF to display. Now right-click on your text field and select ‘Convert Text to Variable’. After converting your text field into a variable, change its name from “TextToDisplay” to something more relevant such as “TitleText” (notice capitals. After that, right-click on your text field again and select ‘Connections…’ Search for your action ‘Get URL’ and select it so that your text field will now be connected to it automatically when you run your flow. Then click on ‘Save’ at the bottom right corner of the screen. Now that you have added your second action, there should be an empty space at the end of your slide line that you can use as an output for our GIF file. In order to create an output that is compatible with Giphy, you can use the ‘Open URL’ action and then connect it to your ‘Get URL’ action by dragging it over it so that they form one slide line like this:Now that you have added all of your actions, it is time to link them together by dragging them over each other in order to form a slide line. Dragging an action over another action will make a transition between them and allow them to work together in order to perform a task. Here we will drag our three actions over each other so that they form one slide line and look like this:Now try running your flow again (F5. and enter some text into the input box as well as choosing a title for your GIF file (for example. "How cute!". Notice how the GIF file appears in your output box now! Next, we will add our third action where we will actually generate our GIF file using Giphy's API.After adding our third action, right-click on your output box and select ‘Connections…’ Search for Giphy's API url (https://api.giphy.com/v1/gifs/create?api_key=dc6zaTOxFJmzC&data={"url":"https://media0.giphy.com/media/3o6KZmXyMRO98/giphy.gif","tags":["how cute","cute animals"],"download":true,"loop":false,"custom_size":false}&callback=myCallback". and connect it so that it will be used as your output instead of what is in your output box currently (for example. https://media0.giphy.com/media/3o6KZmXyMRO98/giphy.gif. Then click on 'Save'.Now try running your flow again (F5. and enter some text into the input box as well as choosing a title for your GIF file (for example. "How cute!". Notice how the GIF file appears in your output box now! If everything went according to plan, you should see that Giphy has generated a file called "howcute".gif" in your connected storage location (in my case Dropbox. Now all that is left is to finally upload our GIF file using our Instagram Business account! To do this, we have to create another flow where we will use SharePoint as an input source because SharePoint stores files so we can easily upload them onto our Instagram Business account using Microsoft Flow! To create this flow, start off by clicking on 'Create Flows' in the top left corner of Office 365 and then click on 'Add a new flow'. Fill out all of the required information for your flow until you reach the last page where you will be able to select an input source from SharePoint or OneDrive for Business:Next, you will be taken to a page where you can select what kind of content you want from SharePoint or OneDrive for Business by clicking on any of the options under 'Select an Office Content Type'. First select 'Files' under 'Document content types' because we want our GIF file uploaded as a file rather than uploaded as text or HTML into an image field. Now click 'Next'. On this page you will be able to choose which file(s. you want from SharePoint or OneDrive for Business as well as whether or not you want them encrypted before uploading onto your Instagram Business account. Now click on 'Next'. On this page, we only need one option selected so click 'Nest' under 'Show advanced options'. Now choose 'Upload File' under 'Upload Content Type' because we want our GIF file uploaded as an actual file onto Instagram Business rather than having any text or HTML code embedded into an image field on Instagram Business by using SharePoint's document library. Then click 'Next'. On this page you have two options available. Upload To File System and Upload To Dropbox . As mentioned before, we want our GIF uploaded onto our Instagram Business account so make sure that 'Upload To Dropbox' is selected so that we can create another flow using Dropbox so we can actually post our GIF onto Instagram Business! Then click 'Create Flow'.Now that you have created your new flow, you can start building it by clicking on '+ Add Step' in the top left corner of
