Office 365 is a subscription-based software suite developed by Microsoft. It includes applications from the Microsoft Office family, along with cloud computing services. Office 365 is primarily hosted via the internet but can also be installed on corporate servers for single-tenant installations.

Habitica

Habitica is a free web and mobile application designed to help users keep track of their daily habits; it is most commonly used as a top to aid in building positive habits or breaking bad ones. Habitica also has elements of rpe-playing gaming, such as skill trees and boss battles, which add an additional layer of motivation to build good habits or break bad ones. [1]

Integration of Office 365 and Habitica

Integrating Office 365 and Habitica is a great way to create a better experience for employees to create good habits and break bad ones. Using both platforms together will allow for cplaboration between employees who want to stay motivated and get more done throughout the day. The process for integrating them is very simple and easy to set up.

First, you would need to go to the “Add-ins” section from the top menu bar. Once there, type “Habitica” into the search bar and click “Find add-ins” in the drop-down menu that pops up after you click it. Clicking this option will bring up a list of add-ins that match your search criteria. You should see Habitica on the list; you can install Habitica by clicking the blue “Install” button next to it. This will bring you to another page where you can customize how Habitica will work with Office 365. From here, you can change the name of your list from “Habitica” to something more personal, like “Office 365” so you know what it’s being used for. You can also change the cpor scheme from purple to something more professional if purple isn’t your favorite cpor. After that, you need to choose whether or not you want to sync your lists across devices by selecting “Automatically sync my lists between devices”. If you do not select this option, each device will have its own version of your lists. As soon as you have made these changes, they should appear on the Office 365 program on your computer and mobile device where your account is connected. Now that the integration is complete, you are ready to start using both programs together! For example, if you want to create a new habit in Habitica, you can also make sure that it shows up in your Outlook task bar so you can add it to your daily plan, or vice versa if you’re adding something to Outlook that you want to track in Habitica. Habitica also offers a “Dashboard” which shows you everything that Habitica has saved, including tasks, dailies, habits and all other data. To access this dashboard, go to “Admin” in the top menu bar and then click “Dashboard” at the bottom of the drop-down menu that appears. The dashboard has four different sections. Tasks/Dailies, Habits/Goals, Rewards and Data Tracking. Within each section you can view anything that Habitica tracks from that section. For instance, if you click “Tasks/Dailies” on the dashboard it will show you all of your tasks/dailies listed out. If instead you click “Data Tracking” it will show you all of the data that Habitica has been saving since you started using it; this includes things like how many days in a row you worked out, how long each workout was or any other data that is tracked within Habitica. All of these stats will show up under different sections on this page. There is also a little house icon at the top right side of the dashboard that allows you to view your goals/habits in calendar format. Clicking this icon brings up a page where it displays all of your goals/habits in a calendar format. If you look at each individual task/daily from this page, it shows how many times each one was completed during the month and how many times it was completed for the entire year. This gives goal/habit creators an easier way to see their progress instead of going through every single item individually on their phones or computers; this comes in handy for goal/habit creators who want to monitor their progress in viewing tasks/dailies from any device! If a user wants to remove an add-in that they installed from their Office 365 program, they would first need to uninstall it from the add-ins section in their Office 365 program, just like they installed it by uninstalling it through add-ins on their Office 365 program. Unlike installing an add-in through Add-ins, uninstalling an add-in through Add-ins will not delete your data from the add-in itself. The data stored within the add-in will only be deleted if the user goes into their add-ins and deletes their data manually. [2]
