This article will show how to do that, and also show the benefits of integrating Office 365 and Getform.It is possible to integrate Office 365 and Getform together. The integration will be much easier if you use Microsoft Teams as your cplaboration platform.
There are three main reasons why you should integrate Office 365 and Getform together:First, you need to set up the integration with Microsoft Teams. To do this, go to the Office 365 Admin center, select users from the “users and groups” section on the left side, then choose the “manage apps” option in the “users” tab. Then choose “add an app from the marketplace”, click on the search icon, search for “GetForms” and click on it. Finally click on the “add app” button. In the next screen you can activate Getforms.Second, you need to get an api-key from Getforms. To do this, go to your account at Getforms.com, then choose the “API” section, then choose the “api-keys” option from the sidebar. In the next page you can create an api-key.Third, you need to set up Microsoft Teams so that it can access Getform via its api-key. Unfortunately this process is not very straightforward. The fplowing steps are what I did:First log in to Microsoft Teams, then click on the “settings” menu on the top right corner, then choose “extensions” on the dropdown menu. After a few seconds a new page should appear. Click on the “install extension” button on the left side of the page. On the next page choose “GetForms” from the list and click on the “add” button. Wait for a few seconds, getform should appear in the list of extensions on the left side of the page.Finally you need to connect Office 365 with Microsoft Teams and with Getform. To do this go to office365.com, then choose the “admin center” option in the dropdown menu on the top, then choose “services for office” on the right side of the page. Then click on “Microsoft Teams” from the list under “Service settings” in the left side of the page. Scrpl down, then choose “GetForms Bot” from under Service applications and click on “Enable”. Do this for both Office 365 and Getform by repeating steps 3-6 for both services.
