    The idea behind Office 365 is to make it easier for people to be more productive when they aren't in the office. It does that by providing web-based versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, Publisher, Onenote and Skype for Business. You can also install the Office apps on your Windows Phone or Android phone. It's easy to use because many of the same features are available across all the platforms. For example, if you create a new document using your desktop computer, you'll be able to open it and edit it on your tablet.

    Office 365 is more than just the Microsoft Office suite. It also includes business class email and all the tops that support it. For example, if you want to use email in Outlook 2013 or Outlook Web App (OWA), you need to have Exchange Server 2013. And if you want to send attachments larger than 25 MB, you'll need SharePoint Server 2013 on premises. When you subscribe to Office 365 you get all these features.

    Office 365 is available as a cloud service or on-premises software. The difference between the two is that the cloud version runs off a server hosted by Microsoft, while the on-premises version runs on dedicated servers in your own data center. The user interface is similar so there's little learning curve when switching between products. This makes it easy for users who've been using the full Outlook client to switch to OWA without any problems. The product also includes SkyDrive Pro so users can easily share documents with others via email or SkyDrive. If you need more than 100 GB of storage space, then SkyDrive Pro will be better for you because the free version only gives you 7 GB of storage space. The pricing for Email By Connect is $5 per user per month plus $5 for every 50GB of storage space beyond 100 GB. That works out to $54 per user per month for the first year with no additional costs after that as long as you remain subscribed to Office 365 ProPlus or Enterprise E3 services plan. This is better than SkyDrive Pro which costs $7 per user per month plus $0 for every 50GB of storage space beyond 100 GB for the first year with no additional costs after that as long as you remain subscribed to Office 365 ProPlus or Enterprise E3 services plan.
