I. Introduction:The introduction is very important in an article because it draws people in. You want to set the mood for your article. I also find that the introduction is usually the hardest part to write. If you have a good introduction then the rest of the article writes itself.In this article, I will be comparing and contrasting two products, ClickSend SMS and Office 365. I plan to discuss how they are similar and how they are different. The reason that I chose this topic is because I am very interested in ClickSend SMS and Office 365. When you put these two products together, you get a very powerful business system. This system will help businesses communicate faster and more effectively.The company that makes ClickSend SMS is called TextMagic. They were established in 2004 with the intent of helping businesses communicate faster and more effectively. They specialize in mobile marketing, lead management, appointment scheduling and automated text messages. Their goal is to make communication between businesses and customers easier than ever before.In February 2013, TextMagic launched their new product called ClickSend SMS. ClickSend SMS allows any business to integrate their business systems with Twilio's cloud-based messaging platform. This means that business owners can send text messages from their own applications such as SalesForce, Marketo or SugarCRM. This product is very easy to use and cost efficient as well. It integrates with popular CRM platforms as well as marketing automation platforms.
Office 365 is a very useful product for businesses of all sizes. It combines several different services into one easy to use platform. In order to understand what Office 365 is, you must know what each service does individually. This way you can see why Office 365 is so useful. First, there is Exchange Online. Exchange Online is a hosted email spution that includes features such as free/busy look ups, archiving, journaling, and retention ppicies. It also comes with the ability to easily share calendars and contacts with other members of your organization. You can send and receive group emails as well as edit your Group Ppicy settings all from one central location. Another feature of Exchange Online is that it allows you to host your own domain inside of Office 365. This means that your email address could be [email protected] instead of [email protected] or [email protected] . The next service is SharePoint Online which allows users to create and share content from anywhere using a web browser. This content can be created by anyone in your organization no matter where they are located in the world. One great feature of SharePoint Online is that it integrates with OneDrive which is Microsoft's cloud storage spution. There are many other features of SharePoint online including version history, check-in/check-out, alerts, tagging, document expiration and much more. The third service is Skype for Business which allows you to connect with all of your co-workers around the world instantaneously via audio or video conference calls at no additional charge. It also allows you to share your screen with others through sharing apps such as PowerPoint or Excel to show others what you are working on. You can also send instant messages to others in your organization while on your computer or through Skype on your phone. Another great feature of Skype for Business is that it automatically archives all of your conversations so that if someone has a question about what was said in a previous meeting they can simply search the archive for the answer. The fourth service is OneDrive for Business which gives you access to all of your files anywhere using a web browser or mobile phone app. There are many great features of OneDrive for Business including automatic backup, and version history just like in SharePoint Online. There is also integration with Windows Explorer so you can easily drag and drop files between your PC and OneDrive for Business fpders seamlessly. You can also share files with other members in your organization and view those files through Office Web Apps or through the OneDrive for Business mobile app on your smart phone or tablet device. Last but not least we have Lync Online which allows you to instant message with people who are using Lync desktop or mobile devices but it also allows you to make audio or video calls with people on Skype for Business. As you can see there are many different features within Office 365 that make it useful for businesses of any size so let's move on to its integration with ClickSend SMS
ClickSend SMS is a new product from TextMagic that gives businesses the ability to integrate SMS marketing into their daily routines without having to hire an expensive outside company to do it for them.
