  • Office 365 is a cloud computing system that provides users with online versions of Microsoft’s flagship office productivity software. The applications include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Access. Microsoft’s business version of Office 365 allows the user to keep documents in the cloud and then access them from anywhere in the world through any computer or mobile device. The business version is also equipped with advanced security features that protect your data in the event of a security breach.

    Microsoft has released four different versions of its Office 365 service. Office 365 Business, Office 365 Small Business, Office 365 Midsize Business and Office 365 Enterprise are cporful names for the four different levels of service provided by Microsoft. Each level comes with more features than the one below it.

  • Microsoft offers integration between Office 365 and Box via the Microsoft Office Online Apps for Box. Using this integration you can create documents in Box, save them to your desktop and then open them in the appropriate Office application within Office 365. You can even open PDFs directly in Excel.
