Office 365

Office 365 is a cloud-based software suite that enables the user to create digital documents and share them with other users. The Cloud based applications in Office 365 include a number of popular software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams that can be accessed from any device using a web browser. The applications in Office 365 are managed by Microsoft and can be accessed from anywhere at any time.

Apptivo

Apptivo is a cloud-based office management software spution that enables you to manage your business from anywhere in the world. It can be used to manage sales, leads, contacts and tasks. It allows you to schedule meetings and send meeting invites to your clients and partners. It also allows you to record your calls and assign tasks and notes to your team members. It allows you to keep track of your sales and leads and all of your contacts in one place. You can also use Apptivo to generate reports, make invoices and handle payments.

Integration of Office 365 and Apptivo

Microsoft Office 365 and Apptivo integrate perfectly with each other. Office 365 provides all the tops needed for the basic needs of the business while Apptivo provides the additional functionalities required to run a successful business. Apptivo provides some extra features that allow businesses to run more efficiently and improve their productivity. They include:

  • CRM. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and it is used for managing leads, contacts and tasks. Apptivo CRM integration with Office 365 enables you to add new leads, contacts or tasks directly from Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Teams. There is no need to open Apptivo to add leads, contacts or tasks.
  • Call Recording. Apptivo provides call recording functionality which allows users to record their calls and listen to them later if they wish to do so. This feature makes it easier for users to keep track of their activities and for their managers to identify areas where work needs to be improved.
  • Project Management. Apptivo project management software can be integrated with Office 365. This integration allows users to manage their projects from within Office 365.   • Google Calendar Sync. Google Calendar Sync allows you to sync your Office 365 calendar with Google Calendar so that you never miss an important appointment again.
  • Asana Integration. Asana integration allows you to integrate Asana with Microsoft Teams and Outlook so that you never miss an important task again.
  • Slack Integration. Slack integration adds a lot of value to Slack as it allows you to sync messages from Slack to Office 365 so that you never miss an important message again.

  • Add Email Contacts From Apptivo To Your Mail Client. Apptivo can automatically create new email contacts in Outlook for all your contacts in Apptivo. You can choose which fields will be added into the new contact file in Outlook. You can tell Apptivo whether or not it should create a new contact for every person in Apptivo or only those people who have emails attached to their profiles in Apptivo. This feature can save a lot of time as there is no need to manually create email contacts in Outlook for each person in Apptivo. The process is automated and done by Apptivo instead. By default, Apptivo creates a new contact file in Outlook every month.
  • Sync Contacts From Office 365 To Apptivo. Apptivo can automatically sync all of your contacts from Office 365 into Apptivo so that you never have to manually enter a single contact into your CRM ever again. You can choose which fields will be synced from Outlook into Apptivo so that you only sync the data from Outlook that you actually need in your CRM. You can also tell Apptivo whether or not it should sync contacts for every person in Outlook or only those people who have emails attached to their profiles in Outlook. This feature makes it easier for you to manage your contacts because it eliminates the need for you to manually enter every single contact into your CRM yourself. The process is automated and done by Apptivo instead of you having to do it all on your own each time someone gets added onto your team or if someone leaves your team or if someone changes their email address on your team etc.. By default, Apptivo sync’s all of your contacts from Outlook into Apptivo once per week on Sundays at 4am (your local time. but if you prefer another day or time, feel free to change it so that it syncs when you would like it to sync at whatever time works best for you or whenever there is downtime on your network or network maintenance scheduled etc.. Just go into the options menu within Apptivo’s admin center and pick ‘Edit Sync Schedule’ and then click on ‘Sync Settings’ under the ‘Mail Settings’ section on the left hand side of the screen then select ‘Outlook’ on the right hand side of the screen under ‘Email Account’ then click on ‘Schedule Sync’ at the bottom of the screen next to ‘Sync Now’. Scrpl down until you find ‘Time’ under ‘When To Sync’ then select ‘Every 1 Week(s)’ then click on ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the screen at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Save Changes’ then click on ‘Save Changes’ once again underneath that button on the same line at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Save Changes’ then click on ‘Save Changes’ one last time underneath that button on the same line at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Save Changes’ then click on ‘OK’ at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘OK’ then click on ‘Done’ at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘Done’ then click on ‘Apply Changes’ at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘Apply Changes’ then click on ‘OK’ at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘OK’ then click on ‘Done’ at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Done’ then click on ‘Next Step’ at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Next Step’ then click on ‘Done’ at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Done’ then click on ‘Finish Setup Wizard’ at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Finish Setup Wizard’ then click on ‘Finish Setup Wizard’ one last time underneath that button at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to ‘Finish Setup Wizard’ then click on ‘OK’ at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘OK’ then click on ‘Close & Exit Setup Wizard’ at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘Close & Exit Setup Wizard’ then click on ‘Close & Exit Setup Wizard’ one last time underneath that button at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘Close & Exit Setup Wizard’ then click on ‘Close & Exit Setup Wizard’ once again underneath that button at the top right hand side of the screen next to ‘Close & Exit Setup Wizard’ and your done! 😎
