  • Create fields with various types like text areas, checkboxes, drop-down lists etc., depending on your requirement. These fields will be shown in the form page when users visit your site.
  • Add a new field called "Company Name" and set its type as "Autocomplete" from the admin settings of Odoo CRM. We will be using it to populate company names based on the companies present in Odoo's database. Now go to settings of your form and add a new field called "Company Name" with the fplowing settings:
  • Click on "Review & Publish" button to publish your form on your website; you will be redirected to the form page where you can test your form by entering some sample data into it. You can also preview how your form will look like on your website by clicking on the "Preview" button at the bottom of the page.
