While using Odoo CRM, you can integrate your Odoo CRM account with Klaviyo. You can enable this integration by going to “Administration > Plugins” > “Sales & Marketing” > “Email Marketing” > “Klaviyo” > “Enable Klaviyo Integration”. After enabling this integration, you will see a green check mark next to the word “Enabled”. This indicates that the integration is active. Then, you will be presented with options that allow you to configure the integration. When you click “Check Email Settings” button, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your Odoo account. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, you should check your spam fpder. If you still do not receive this email, you should contact Odoo support team for assistance.After clicking the “Check Email Settings” button, you will see a button labeled “Check API Settings”. This button allows you to check if your API key is working correctly. Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can paste your API key and click the “Test API Key” button to test if your API key is working correctly or not. If everything is working correctly, you should see a green check mark next to the word “Active”. This indicates that your API key is working correctly and you are ready to proceed with integrating Klaviyo with Odoo CRM.Klaviyo’s dashboard is divided into two sections. Active Campaigns, and All Campaigns. The Active Campaigns section displays all active campaigns or segments that are currently running for all of your lists or a specific list of subscribers in your Klaviyo account. This means that Klaviyo will send emails to the subscribers in these segments as scheduled when a campaign runs. The All Campaigns section displays all campaigns or segments that have been scheduled for all of your lists or a specific list of subscribers in your Klaviyo account but have not yet started running yet.
