I am writing this article in order to introduce you to Odoo CRM and Deskpro. This article will tell you what Odoo is, where you can use it, what it can do for you and why you should consider using it. With Odoo, there is no need for a central accounting department because all the information is conspidated in one place. In addition to conspidating information from different sources in real time, Odoo provides an analysis module that lets you see how your company’s finances are performing over specific time periods. For example, if your company is doing well, you can view a graph showing how much money was spent last month or year-to-date compared to how much money has been spent over a longer period of time. This way you can see how your company is performing compared to its previous performance over a longer period of time.
