In order to integrate Odoo CRM and Clubhouse, the fplowing steps are necessary:
Prerequisites
It is required to install the fplowing modules on Odoo:
– system/crm_customer/customer_import_update
– system/crm_clubhouse/clubhouse_importer_update_1.0
– commerce/clubhouse
– commerce/clubhouse_v2_module
Integration of the modules
Now it is time to integrate the modules. To do so, you have to log in to your Odoo instance, navigate to Settings > Customizing > Advanced > Import & Export > Import updates from other applications > Clubhouse and configure the required fields such as. Module Name – select the module name from among the available modules; Label – type a label to identify the new integration; Client ID – paste the client ID that you can find on your Clubhouse account; App Key – copy the app key that you can find on your Clubhouse; Client Secret – paste the client secret that you can find on your Clubhouse account; Project ID – type a unique project identifier that will identify the integration between your Odoo instance and Clubhouse; Rest API password – get the rest api password from your Clubhouse account; Organization ID – paste the organization id that your Clubhouse account. Click “Save”. Now you have to integrate module clubhouse_importer_update_1.0 which can be found under Settings> Customizing> Import & Export> Import updates from other applications> Clubhouse_Importer_Update_1.0 . Type a label for module, then paste Client ID, App Key, Client Secret, and Rest API password. Click “Save”. Then import module system/crm_customer/customer_import_update which can be found under Settings> Customizing> Import & Export> Import updates from other applications> Customer_Import_Update . Type a label for module, then paste Client ID, App Key, Client Secret and Rest API password. Click “Save”. Finally, import module system/crm_clubhouse/clubhouse which can be found under Settings> Customizing> Import & Export> Import updates from other applications> Clubhouse . Type a label for module, then paste Client ID, App Key, Client Secret and Rest API password. Click “Save”. Now you can make a test connection between Odoo and Clubhouse by going to Tops > Connectors > ClubHouse Importer > Create New Connection . A new window will appear where you have to type a unique identifier (Name. to identify this connection and paste its URL . Choose one of the available connections from your Clubhouse account. After choosing a connection you will see several fields with data related to this connection such as ‘Active’ (1 or 0), ‘Expected response’ (string), ‘Client Secret’(string), ‘API Password’ (string), ‘Project ID’ (string), ‘Rest API Password’ (string), ‘Organization ID’ (string. You must fill all these values correctly with data from your Clubhouse account. After filling all these fields click “Create Connection” then click “Test Connection”. You can see the result of your test connection by clicking “Preview Data” at the bottom of this window. If the result is correct you should see the preview of data that has been imported into Odoo through your connection. If you don’t see any data you should check if all values are correct in your connection settings. After creating a connection you should save it by clicking “Save Connection” in the upper right corner of this window. To connect an Odoo instance with ClubHouse go to Tops > Connectors > ClubHouse Importer > Connections , click on “Create New Connection” and go through the same process we explained above. After creating a connection you should save it by clicking “Save Connection” in the upper right corner of this window. If you want to change some setting in your existing connection or delete it, go to Tops > Connectors > ClubHouse Importer > Connections , click on “Edit Connection” or delete it by clicking on “Delete Connection” in the upper right corner of this window. To see what kind of data was imported through your connection go to Administration > Companies > Company > System > Customer Exports , then click on “New export”. The new window will show you all exports from your company in different files like CSV or Excel formats etc… Choose an export file format that fits you best, then download it there (you may have to register. or print it out for future reference.
