  • Odoo ERP Self Hosted is an open source software for small and medium-sized companies. It is fully open source ERP spution which includes inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, projects, ecommerce, CRM, e-mail marketing, real-time analyzer, reporting and much more.
  • Alegra Cloud was created to facilitate the management of small and medium-sized companies with a series of services for entrepreneurs. It offers a centralized contrp panel to manage the business from a single platform.
  • In order to integrate correctly Odoo ERP Self Hosted and Alegra you have to fplow the steps below:
    • The first step is to create a customer in Alegra with a unique identifier.
    • Then, in your Odoo ERP system, you have to add a new customer with this identifier in the module “customer”.
    • Once you have added this customer in Odoo ERP system, you have to go to the tab "Addresses" in the module “customer” and add a new address.
    • In the tab “address” add a new address with the same identifier that you have created in Alegra.
    • You have to copy all the information from this address in the yellow box that appears in this tab and paste it in your system before adding an address in Alegra.
    • Once you have added both addresses in Odoo ERP system and Alegra, you have to go to the tab "Shipping" of your company in Odoo ERP system and add a new customer shipping address.
    • On this window add the courier service (DHL, UPS or FedEx. and all the items that you want to send to your customers via courier service.
    • Also, you must select which address will be used by default when sending packages. There are two options; either selecting one of the two addresses that you added previously or using an average cost of delivery for both addresses.
    • This way you will always know where your package is and how much it costs to mail because you can check these parameters at any time in your courier account in Alegra.
    • Finally, add this shipping service to all your customers so that they can use it when they want to receive packages from other countries or when they need to send them abroad.
    • If you want to use Courier Service manually without using this module, just copy the tracking number and customer information from Alegra and paste them into Odoo ERP Self Hosted before adding an address and package in your clients. This way you will be able to track your package and see its route on a map.
