For a while now, I have been wanting to write something about Nutshell and Ecwid.
Not sure what the topic should be about though.
So, I guess it would be a good idea to create an outline for an article about these two applications.
In this section, I will write about the Nutshell and Ecwid integration that is currently in beta.
There are a few things that one needs to know before integrating Nutshell and Ecwid.
First of all, one needs to have a working Ecwid store.
Secondly, one needs to have a working Nutshell account.
Thirdly, a user must have a business plan for both applications.
The integration of Nutshell and Ecwid is pretty straight forward.
It is just a matter of going to the Integrations tab from the main navigation bar in your Nutshell account, then activating the Nutshell/Ecwid integration.
You will then get a confirmation message from Ecwid.
After you have successfully integrated Nutshell and Ecwid, you will see the Ecwid logo in your Nutshell account.
This means that your Ecwid store is linked with Nutshell and will be able to pull in products in your Ecwid store into your Nutshell catalog.
What you will also see is that when you add new products in your Nutshell account, they will automatically be created in your Ecwid store as well.
This saves you time in creating duplicated products in both applications.
