Integration of nozbe and Zendesk Sell

In order to integrate nozbe and Zendesk Sell, you need to add a new user via Zendesk Sell, then add this user to the rpes of the user in nozbe.

Moreover, you need to configure the email settings in nozbe, so that Zendesk Sell will send emails via nozbe.

Then you fplow these steps to set up your integration:

  • Go to your app dashboard.
  • Click the Integrations tab.
  • Click Add integration at the bottom of the page.
  • Search for nozbe in the search bar and click on it once it appears.
  • Click Get Started.
  • Choose an account to integrate the account with. You can choose an individual account or choose an organization if you are integrating multiple accounts into one account (a multi-user account. If you are not sure which account to use, click Manage Accounts to see all of your accounts at once.
  • Enter the email address that you would like to associate with your Zendesk account. You will use this email address to log in to Zendesk (instead of using your existing login credentials. when you first connect Zendesk to your nozbe account. This email address cannot be changed after you have connected your accounts.
