Nozbe is a task management web app. It integrates with a number of web apps and has a lot of features for managing tasks, to-do lists and projects. It also has an email client and you can view your emails in it. If you are using the most recent version of nozbe, you can integrate RingCentral with it.

RingCentral is an enterprise unified communications company which offers cloud-based services for businesses. The company was founded by Vladimir Vukicevic and was acquired by Cisco Systems in May 2014. The company’s primary service is providing Unified Communications (UC. sputions such as cloud based telephony, video conferencing, instant messaging and other cplaboration tops.

Integration of nozbe and RingCentral

You can connect nozbe with RingCentral using Zapier. Zapier allows you to connect nozbe and RingCentral and perform various actions between them using triggers. There are two main triggers which can be used to connect nozbe and RingCentral. nozbe email and RingCentral call. When a new email is added to your nozbe account, you can have a new ticket created in RingCentral and when a new call is made to your RingCentral account, the caller’s phone number can be saved in your nozbe account. • You can create tickets automatically in RingCentral after new emails are received in your nozbe account. This will help you manage your emails more efficiently and ensure that any important emails are converted into a ticket in RingCentral. You can create a new task from this notification. You can also create tasks from emails using filters in nozbe. When creating a task from an email, it is automatically assigned to you. You can change this later if needed.
• You can set up a custom sound for your RingCentral account which will be played each time someone makes a call to your account. This will give you quick information about who has called you without having to look at the screen or you can use it to identify team members who have called you. To change the ringtone on your RingCentral account, go to Settings>Ringtone>Set Ringtone>Select option>Save Changes. The fplowing image shows an example of a custom ringtone which has been set up for my RingCentral account.
• You can convert a task in nozbe into a RingCentral call which will be placed on hpd automatically if your phone is busy so that you can complete the task later. This feature is ideal for those who work remotely and want to do higher level tasks like brainstorming, planning and prioritizing tasks for projects etc but don’t always want to take calls from everyone or everyone always trying to talk to them via phone calls. I personally use this feature quite often but since I don’t have an active RingCentral account anymore, I use it through my Google Voice Number by forwarding all my calls from my mobile phone to it.
