In this paper, I will explain what Notion and Clickmeeting are and how they can be integrated.
Notion is a web-based software application that allows users to create and share cplaborative documents. It is a free wiki based on the MediaWiki software. The software was designed by the same team as the fork of the popular OpenACS application. Its purpose is to provide a free alternative to commercial software such as Microsoft SharePoint and Lotus Notes. The software runs on the LAMP stack[1].
ClickMeeting is a program that allows users to create and run online meetings. ClickMeeting is a hosted meeting service that can be accessed through a web browser. The service is managed by ClickMeeting, Inc., a privately held company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. ClickMeeting was founded in 2000 by four University of Michigan graduates[2]. ClickMeeting also provides a free trial option for new users.
Notion has been integrated with ClickMeeting. This integration will allow ClickMeeting users to communicate with each other using their webpages. ClickMeeting users will also be able to browse through Notion documents from the ClickMeeting website. ClickMeeting also offers an embeddable widget that can be placed on any external website. ClickMeeting users can use this widget to create a custom homepage on a third party website. ClickMeeting will also be able to access Notion websites through the embeddable widget. This interface will be available to all ClickMeeting users who have paid accounts or free trial accounts. This integration has many benefits for both companies and their users.
This integration brings many benefits to both parties. Users of ClickMeeting can now communicate with other users via Notion’s site. They can also visit the Notion website and see which documents have been created by their cpleagues. This system will allow ClickMeeting users to cplaborate with each other in real time, which will reduce employee productivity and increase efficiency in the workplace.[3]
