All you need is to install Git client program and start working with your project files.
In the early days of social media, Facebook introduced Pages as a way for companies, brands, artists, celebrities, and other organizations to promote their Facebook profiles. Pages help you connect with your customers, drive repeat visits, and encourage your visitors to take action on your website or in-person. Now Facebook Page has become so much more than a simple advertising channel. It has evpved into an important communication channel for businesses to engage with their customers and fans, and it became an important marketing channel for brands to promote their products, services, and business.
As we know that Facebook has been so popular now, we can use this platform to spread messages about our products and services to increase our company awareness and reach more potential customers. In another hand, because Netlify provides web publishing services, we can easily integrate it with Facebook Page to publish our websites easily and quickly.
First of all, you should sign up for both Netlify and Facebook Page. There are no charges for using Netlify or Facebook Page.
Then you can go to the Netlify Dashboard and then click on the “New Project” button to create a new project. When the pop-up window appears, you should enter the name of your project, the location where your project will be stored in GitHub (you can choose any location), select option “Single Page Application” (SPA. from the drop-down menu, and then click “Save” button.
After that, Netlify will show you the welcome page. To create a new site with Netlify, you should click “Create New Site” button on this page. Then Netlify will show you the form where we need to provide some information about our site. You should provide the fplowing information. Site Name (The name of your site), Domain Name (The domain name of your site), Email Address (Your email address), and select option “I am building a new app from scratch” from the drop-down menu. Then click “Create Site” button.
Now Netlify will show you the dashboard for your newly created site. You can find “Build & Deploy” button on this page. This button will take you to the build page. On this page, you need to select option “Deploy Branch Specifier” from the drop-down menu and then click “Connect” button to link your site with Facebook Page. After that, you can click “Build” button to test your site. If everything is correct, Netlify will deploy your website to https://layla_developer_netlify_com.netlify.com/. Note that this address is only available while the build is deploying; after that it will change to the default Netlify URL shown on the site dashboard. However, this URL will automatically redirect to your live site when one of your users visit it or when you share it on social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter.
Now you have successfully integrated Netlify with Facebook Page. You can change/add links and menus from your site dashboard or from Netlify Dashboard. You can also publish content updates directly from Facebook Page timeline without leaving Facebook Page interface.
