Zoho Sheet

Zoho Sheet is a web-based application that allows users to create and cplaborate spreadsheets online. It has many features such as add-in capabilities, unlimited sheets, exporting to CSV and HTML formats, real time data merging and the ability to add charts and graphs to spreadsheets. It also has compatibility with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. There is no need to be a technical expert to use this application – all you need is a Google account. The application is free for individuals.

Features of Zoho Sheet:

  • Cplaborate in real time. Set up groups for cpleagues, family members or friends without having to share passwords. To gain access to documents, you can invite people by email or have them share a link via Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. You can even share your spreadsheet with customers, vendors or partners. The cplaboration features allow you to work together on projects by adding comments to cells, editing documents at the same time and requesting changes from other users. You can also leave messages for others, so everyone knows what needs to be done and when it’s been completed.
  • Add-in capabilities. If you use Zoho Sheet with another Zoho product such as Zoho CRM or Zoho Books, you can embed the document in that product. This way, you can view your profit and loss statement right next to your customer list so you know exactly where your business stands.
  • Unlimited sheets. Because there are no limits on how many sheets you can add, there’s no need to worry about keeping track of what’s going where. Add new sheets whenever you need them and delete them when they’re no longer needed. You can also move sheets around to make sure everything is where it should be. For example, if you need to move a sheet from the top of your dashboard to the bottom of your dashboard, all you have to do is drag and drop it into place.
