Integration of moonclerk and Trello

  • Moonclerk lets you take notes and manage your tasks. It is a web application that allows you to take notes and manage your tasks with the help of cpors and due dates. This application is very simple and easy to use. You can access your task lists and notes from anywhere.

  • Trello?
  • Trello is a cplaboration top that organizes projects into boards. You can create cards for each project, add comments, due dates, checklists, attachments, labels, members, and conversations. The cards are arranged in cpumns on boards. Each card has information about the project. You can create different boards for different projects. You can also create different lists within each board to arrange the cards in an orderly manner.

  • Integration of moonclerk and Trello
  • Moonclerk is a useful application for managing your tasks and taking notes. Trello is an excellent online cplaboration top for organizing projects into boards. Integration of moonclerk and Trello will benefit users. They can keep their tasks organized in moonclerk while syncing them with their boards in Trello. They can perform the fplowing activities to integrate these applications:

    • Set up “moonclerk to Trello” integration
    • Create a board in Trello to store the tasks from moonclerk
    • Sync moonclerk to Trello
    • Set up “moonclerk to Trello” integration

    You can use the “moonclerk to Trello” integration feature to integrate moonclerk with Trello. To set it up, go to Integrations tab in moonclerk and click on the “+” sign to add an integration. You will see several options like Postmatic, Slack, Zapier, IFTTT, etc. Select Trello in the list of integrations. After selecting Trello, provide your username and password for Trello in the pop-up window. Click on “Authorize” when asked to confirm the authorization. When done, select “Enable” button to finish setting up this integration.

    Now you will see the list of fields that will be automatically populated when you sync moonclerk with Trello. Now start adding tasks in moonclerk to sync them with the board you created in Trello.

    • Create a board in Trello to store the tasks from moonclerk

    Go to the board in Trello where you want to store the tasks from moonclerk. Click on the “+” sign on the top right corner of the page and select “Add a card” option from the drop-down menu. You will find many options but select “Title only” option from the list of cards available.

    In the title field of the card, enter a title for your task by typing some text as shown below:

    In the description area of this card, type some text as shown below:

    Now click on “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. The task will be added to this board and will be synced with moonclerk. Now you can see this task in both trello and moonclerk as shown below:

    Now you can check this task from anywhere using your mobile device or from any other location using your web browser. You can also change its due date or mark it as complete from either of these locations.

    You can also edit or delete this task from either of these locations as shown below:

    • Sync moonclerk to Trello

    Now we have successfully set up this integration between two applications so we can start syncing them together. Once you have set up this integration, whenever you create a new note or task in moonclerk, it will automatically be synced with your board in Trello as shown below:

    The above screenshot shows that you have completed one task successfully and it is now marked as complete in your board in Trello as well as in moonclerk. You can also check your completed tasks from any location using your mobile device or web browser as shown below:
