Moonclerk is a web-based app that helps companies to manage and scale their customer support and marketing activities. Moonclerk is free and open-source. It is available as a self-hosted installation or as a hosted service. Moonclerk has some limitations such as:

Freshsales also offers its users free plan with limited features and more advanced plans with some additional features. The main benefit of using Freshsales is that it allows companies to integrate their CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, lead management with Freshsales.

Integration of moonclerk and Freshsales

Moonclerk can be integrated with Freshsales by fplowing steps:

Step 1. Signup for a Free Plan in Freshsales.

Step 2. Integrate your moonclerk account with Freshsales by fplowing steps:

Go to Settings tab > Integrations tab > Click on Freshsales button.

Select a company from dropdown menu.

Enter your credentials from Freshsales. Fill in the form provided by Freshsales.

Click on “Create integration” button at the end of this process.

You will receive an email from Freshsales after successful integration between moonclerk and Freshsales. You need to verify this link before you can use the integration.

This integration will help you to pull leads from moonclerk accounts into Freshsales account. These leads will be updated automatically when the contact information changes in moonclerk. To create leads in Freshsales you need to fplow these steps. Go to Settings tab > Integrations tab > Select “Google Contacts” > Give permission to access your Google contacts (ask your admin if you are not sure how to give permission. > Save these settings. Now you will be able to create leads in Freshsales by clicking Add Lead option in Leads tab or creating leads manually by clicking on New Lead option in Lead Management tab. You can do the same for creating opportunities, tasks, notes, etc. in Freshsales using the same way. Moonclerk can also be integrated with Freshsales by using Zapier plugin. Zapier is an automation platform that acts as an interface between different business apps that can be integrated by just dropping them into one workflow. You can integrate different apps together to automate many business processes without any coding. This integration requires you to create an account in Zapier and complete the required forms in both moonclerk and Freshsales accounts. Once you have created the integration, it automatically connects moonclerk accounts with Freshsales accounts. You can create leads automatically by assigning contacts to companies or manually by creating leads in moonclerk then adding them to companies in Freshsales later. You can also create opportunities, tasks, notes, etc. in Freshsales automatically after creating them in moonclerk. This integration works fine for existing contacts but if you need to add new contacts then it takes too much time to create them in moonclerk, assign them to companies in Freshsales, assign them to contacts in Freshsales, etc. If you are looking forward to create new contacts in moonclerk right away then it is better to use Google Contacts integration instead of this integration because this integration does not work well for creating contacts in moonclerk right away then adding them to companies in Freshsales later. You can take advantage of this integration if you don’t have enough contacts in moonclerk already but have lots of companies registered in Freshsales already because you can save lots of time by doing all the work together instead of doing it separately. With this integration when you assign a contact in moonclerk to a company in Freshsales then the lead created will show both the company details and contact details in the lead record so it is easy for sales reps to keep track of which contacts are assigned to which company and vice versa.
