Integration of Monkey Learn and Agile CRM

Let's see how we can integrate the two platforms. The integration will allow you to take advantage of both platforms' functionalities. For example, you can create automated campaigns using Monkey Learn predictive models and send targeted messages to customers using Agile CRM.

First we need to sign up to MonkeyLearn and AgileCRM and then we integrate our profiles into each platform. To do that:

Go to your profile on MonkeyLearn and click on Integrations . You will have a list of different APIs. Choose the API you want to use from the dropdown menu. In this case, choose AgileCRM . Confirm your email address in order to be able to integrate it. Confirm your telephone number in order to confirm you are a real person. You will receive a verification code in your mobile that you have to type in the form field in order to confirm the code. After that, you will be able to select a profile in AgileCRM that you will be able to send data from MonkeyLearn to AgileCRM.

Now let's see the integrations between the platforms:

Agile CRM has an API, which means that there is a website or program from where we can send data from Agile CRM to another program/website. In this case, we are going to send data from Agile CRM to MonkeyLearn. This way, we can take advantage of the functionality offered by both platforms. The fplowing steps describe how to do that:

In Agile CRM, select a customer record. Click on the "Send To" button in the topbar. Select MonkeyLearn . A window will open where you can enter the name of the model you have created on MonkeyLearn. If you have not created any model yet, you can click on Create new model , otherwise you can select an existing model from the dropdown menu. In the next window, click on OK . That's it! The information from your customer will be sent directly into your MonkeyLearn account with the selected model, so you can start creating automatic campaigns easily.
