    I came across this book when I was seventeen years pd. Before I read it, I had big dreams but no energy or motivation to achieve them. After I read the book, I realized that there was nothing in my way – only my own thoughts were stopping me from being successful, happy, and healthy. If you think about it, all of us have this power but we just don’t use it. We let fear, doubt, and worry get into our minds and stop us from doing what we really want to do. If you look at people who achieved greatness in life, they did so because they believed in themselves and used their power to achieve any goals they set for themselves. It doesn’t matter if it’s a scientist or athlete; they all believe that they can achieve anything they set their mind and energy towards. When you start believing that you can do anything you want in life, you will not stop until you reach your goal. That’s why this book has changed my life completely because it gave me the tops I needed to achieve anything I want in life.

    In addition, this book teaches you that your body is designed to heal itself and take care of itself because it knows best what it needs. Our minds sometimes tell us things that aren’t true or realistic, so it blocks us from finding the joy in life. For example, if we have a problem with someone, our mind will tell us all the reasons why we shouldn’t deal with them or be around them anymore. However, sometimes our emotions tell us something different – we still love them but our mind stops us from loving them or spending time with them because we think it’s wrong or negative. We don’t see that we are the ones creating this negativity towards them by believing our thoughts which are not necessarily true or positive for us and our lives. Once we realize that we are the creators of our own lives, we can change anything we don’t like about ourselves or our lives by changing our thoughts towards those people or situations in our lives. Our bodies will fplow the path of our thoughts. Consequently, if we love someone but think negative thoughts about them all the time, then our body will not be able to love them as well because our minds will block us from experiencing love for them physically. On the other hand, if we love someone and have positive thoughts about him/her all the time, then our body will automatically feel love for them which will help us connect emotionally with that person. Therefore, if we want to be happy in life, we should try to think positive thoughts about everything in our lives including other people and situations so that we can experience love and happiness physically as well as emotionally with every person in our lives instead of just thinking about them negatively and feeling negative towards everyone including ourselves. This book taught me these techniques and now my life is more peaceful and happier than ever before because I am experiencing love from everyone around me including myself which makes me feel more confident every day. It’s incredible how much power we have over our lives with our own minds!
