Businesses that utilize both MINDBODY and Google Meet would benefit significantly from combining the two services.
Google Meet (and other Google apps. can be integrated with MINDBODY to create a seamless experience for the user.
Here are some examples of how this integration could work:
Example 1. Google Meet Invitations Sent to MINDBODY Users
Let’s say Mary wants to set up a meeting with her brother Jim so she can tell him about her new job. She goes to Google Meet and creates a meeting. She can invite people via email, WhatsApp or Gchat. At the bottom of the page she sees that there is an option to send out an invitation via MINDBODY. She clicks on that link and sees a list of all of her contacts that use MINDBODY. She can click on any contact and either send them an email invitation or instantly start a meeting using the Contact button in the lower left corner. Mary decides to send Jim a text message inviting him to a meeting using WhatsApp. He responds that he’d prefer email so she sends him an email invitation through MINDBODY. He accepts the invitation and schedules a time when he can meet before going back to his job as a firefighter in Tennessee. Mary sends him a friendly reminder via MINDBODY when it is time for their meeting. Jim adds Mary to his dashboard when he logs in to MINDBODY from his phone so when the meeting starts he sees her name pop up at the top of his dashboard along with “Mary Calling” to let him know that someone wants to talk to him. Mary starts the call and Jim answers the call on his phone because he is driving his fire truck in Tennessee at 9am on a Sunday morning. The meeting begins and Mary shares her exciting news about her new job at a tech startup in San Diego. Jim tells her about his new car and his plans to travel around Europe after he retires from the fire department next year. Mary gives Jim a tour of her new apartment building in downtown San Diego via Google Earth because it is impossible for her to physically show her apartment to Jim due to the distance invpved. The meeting ends and Jim thanks Mary for inviting him and wishes her good luck at her new job. He then immediately logs back into MINDBODY and opens his dashboard where he sees that Mary just added him as a contact. He clicks the Contact button and sees that she sent him an invoice for $100 for 10 minutes of internet support via Google Hangouts during their meeting. He clicks Send Payment and confirms payment so Mary gets paid immediately. This process happened without either Jim or Mary having to leave their respective apps or websites while they were interacting with each other over video chat. Both parties walked away happy because everything was seamless and simple.
