From what I have read about this acquisition it appears that it will be mutually beneficial for both companies’ clients. I think it seems like a good idea for both companies because they both need something that the other one has that would be valuable for their business if they were to integrate. This makes sense because if one company is doing well then the other company should want to work with them too because they could both benefit from working together. I also think that it seems like a good idea because there are no clear losers in this deal between the two companies; everyone invpved is coming out ahead if this deal goes through.
