When you create a new task in Vtiger CRM, you can choose whether to apply a due date to that task or not. If you set a due date for a task, then the task will appear only in your My Tasks module in Microsoft To Do until that due date arrives at which time it will disappear from My Tasks and move into the Tasks fpder in Microsoft To Do where it will appear in the same kind of list view as shown below:

Notice in the screenshot above that there’s a checkbox in the top right corner of each task item in the list view above which allows me to flag each item as Completed so I can tell at a glance which tasks have been completed and which ones still need to be done. Also notice that when I mark one or more task items as Completed then all items in that list will be moved into the Completed fpder automatically without having to select them one at a time and click the Move icon which is pictured in the screenshot below:

To see which tasks have been completed and which ones still need to be done, I can click on the Completed fpder icon at the top right corner of the Tasks fpder and it will show me a list view like this:

What's nice about this view is that if I want to go back and see any of the original tasks which were moved into this fpder when I marked them as Completed then I can click on any of the task names in this view and it will display the original task item in its entirety inside my browser window like this:

Once I'm done with a task I can click on its name again and it will hide itself from view which means that I can focus on other items on my list without being distracted by items that have already been completed. This makes managing my tasks easier because I no longer have to spend time looking for completed tasks while I am working on something else or while I am trying to find an item on my list of tasks that has been completed but not yet deleted from my task list so I can move it out of my Tasks fpder into another fpder called Completed so I can easily find it later on when I want to review it or print it or send it by email or display it in some other way. Now that my task has been marked as Completed it is automatically moved out of my Tasks fpder into my Completed fpder where I can store it for future reference or review or whatever else I might want to do with it later on after it has been marked as Completed but before I delete it from my list of active tasks inside my Tasks fpder completely so that I no longer have to worry about keeping track of what is done and what still needs to be done because my status updates are displayed for me right there inside my Tasks fpder without having to spend time looking back through my Completed fpder for previously completed items that are no longer active but which still need to remain visible for me somewhere inside my Tasks fpder so that they can be accessed whenever I want or need them in the future when I want to review them or print them or send them by email or display them in some other way. This saves me time by making it easy for me to keep track of what is done and what still needs to be done because my status updates are displayed for me right there inside my Tasks fpder without having to spend time looking through my Completed fpder for previously completed items that are no longer active but which still
