Integration of Microsoft To-Do and Siteleaf

  • Microsoft To-Do?
  • Microsoft To-Do is a task management system that is part of Office 365. It replaced Wunderlist after Microsoft acquired the company in 2017. The fact that it is part of the Office 365 means that it is integrated with other Office 365 services like OneNote, Outlook, and Notepad. It also records your tasks, organizes them, and helps you make progress on them. With the help of push notifications, you can be sure to never miss any of your tasks.

  • Siteleaf?
  • Siteleaf is an online website builder. It is used by many businesses for various purposes. For example, it can be used to create a portfpio for artists, writers, and designers. It can also be used for creating a personal site that showcases your achievements or hobbies.

  • Integration of Microsoft To-Do and Siteleaf
  • Siteleaf provides a service that makes it easy for users to create their own websites. However, it lacks an important feature – project management. Many users have complained about the lack of this feature, which has caused them to have to look for other services. Luckily, integration between Siteleaf and Microsoft To-Do has been introduced by Siteleaf. What makes this integration even better is that it is free of charge. This integration allows users to manage their tasks directly from their websites. When they are done with their tasks, they can then publish updates on their websites quickly and easily. This is currently the best way to use both services at once because until now, there was no other way to combine them.

This feature has made many users very happy because they are now able to do their work more efficiently. This feature is available for all users, including those who are using the free version of the Siteleaf website builder. Note that this feature is still in beta testing phase, which means that you may encounter bugs while using it. If you want to use this feature, you should sign up for it immediately because it may not be available for long. You may also find that it is only available in specific regions in the future. If you want to know how to add this feature to your account, you can fplow these steps below:

Step 1. Open your Siteleaf dashboard and click on the ‘Integrations’ tab at the top right corner of your screen. Then click on ‘Connect’ beside Microsoft To-Do from the list of available integrations. Once you have clicked on this button, a pop-up will appear showing a list of your Outlook calendars. Select one calendar from this list by clicking on its check mark box and then click on ‘Connect’ again to confirm your selection. You can choose multiple calendars, but each calendar that you select will require its own copy of the Microsoft To-Do integration code. Step 2. In order to complete the integration process, you must enter a code from Microsoft To-Do into the ‘Microsoft To-Do integration code’ box in Siteleaf’s dashboard, found under ‘Integrations’ in your dashboard navigation bar (see image below. You should then click ‘Save’ and wait for your integrations to sync with each other automatically. Step 3. Now that your integration is complete, you should be able to see your Outlook calendars containing tasks in your Siteleaf dashboard under the ‘Microsoft To-Do’ card (see image below. You should also be able to add new tasks directly from your Siteleaf dashboard by clicking on the ‘New Task’ button under the ‘Add new content’ button in the ‘Tasks’ section (see image below. This button will open a new popup window asking you what type of task you wish to add and what project or category it belongs to (see image below. You can then add details such as description and due date for your task and then save it when you are finished. Your task will then appear in your ‘Tasks’ section under the ‘Microsoft To-Do’ card (see image below. Step 4. You can view all your overdue tasks by clicking on the arrow next to the ‘Microsoft To-Do’ card (see image below. Here, you will see a list of all your overdue tasks and each task will be accompanied by a button allowing you to set its status as completed (see image below. This button will open another popup window prompting you to choose whether you want to mark the task as completed or not completed (see image below. Once you have chosen your desired action, you can then click on ‘Mark as Completed’ in order to complete this step. Your task will then disappear from this list under ‘Microsoft To-Do’ in your Siteleaf dashboard (see image below.
