Salesmate.io integrates with Microsoft To-Do in a variety of ways. It can be used as a task manager in which you can create tasks which will be synced with your Outlook contacts. It takes the contact’s name, job title, phone number, email address, location, organization, and linked accounts to pull up tasks with relevant information. The tasks can be assigned a specific due date and time in which they should be completed in order to ensure that you do not forget about them. These tasks will then be synced with your Outlook contacts until you complete them or schedule them for another day. Another way that Salesmate.io integrates with Microsoft To-Do is through emails that get sent into Salesmate after being sent to your contacts or to other people in your team. The emails are saved in Salesmate so that you can review them later on if needed. The emails can be added to Salesmate as tasks if they require any fplow-up actions or if the email could be considered important enough to include in your database for later use.
Salesmate also offers another way for you to manage your inbox using Microsoft To-Do. This option allows you to take action on emails you receive directly from Salesmate so that you can clean up your inbox or send certain emails to other people within Salesmate should they need to take action on them. This option also allows you to see emails that were sent out to other contacts but did not include you in the email chain even if the sender did not know whether or not you should be included in the email chain or conversation. If someone invites you to an event via Microsoft To-Do, you will automatically receive an invite notification that will appear in your Salesmate calendar when accepted.
