Microsoft To-Do is a free task management application. It provides an interface that is clean and simple to use. The user can quickly add tasks, list assigned tasks and mark tasks as completed. In addition, Microsoft To-Do has some basic features of a task manager, such as notes or changing the due dates.
In the fplowing part, I will analyze the integration between Microsoft To-Do and hunter. The first part talks about the user interface of both applications. The second part presents the interaction between both applications.Microsoft To-Do is a great top to organize your daily tasks. It is available for iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices. All three platforms have almost the same features. But unfortunately, there is no desktop client for Windows.Microsoft To-Do can be synced with other applications like Outlook and OneNote, but not with hunter. There is no way to export your items from Microsoft To-Do to hunter at this time.
In this section, I'll compare the user interfaces of both applications. Here are my observations:Microsoft To-Do's design is very simple and minimalistic. It looks very similar to another Microsoft product called Wunderlist. You can access most functions of Microsoft To-Do by just scrpling up and down on the screen. Adding a new item is just a tap away. As I mentioned before, the user can quickly add tasks, list assigned tasks and mark tasks as completed in Microsoft To-Do. But it lacks some features that are essential for a task management application, such as subtasks or tagging. The interface of hunter is also clean and simple to use. The main screen has four tabs. "My List", "Today", "Starred" and "History". Adding a new item is very easy if you want to add it directly to your list, but not very easy if you want to add it to one of your lists or a project.Hunter gives you much more freedom than Microsoft To-Do when it comes to adding new items. You can add a new item by just tapping or clicking on the "+" button in the top right corner or by using voice commands.
Microsoft To-Do and hunter are two different applications for managing tasks. They have their own advantages and disadvantages when it comes to user interface and interaction between both applications. Both applications have their own benefits and drawbacks when working together. For example, you might prefer Microsoft To-Do's simple design over hunter's flexibility, but you hate the fact that you cannot export your items from Microsoft To-Do to hunter at this time. This is why I would recommend using both applications together to get the best experience for managing your personal and professional tasks.
