Microsoft Teams is a Microsoft messaging and cplaboration product that replaces Skype for Business, Microsoft’s previous office chat program. It combines chat, video calling, voice calling, team workspaces, and cloud storage with Office 365 apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. In addition to this, it uses artificial intelligence to facilitate easier communication amongst the working teams.
